• Buyer inquiries and Quote Basket requests: your name, work email, company or resort, delivery location, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the products, quantities and units you list, your notes, any dates or terms you choose, and any files you attach.
• Supplier registrations: company name, contact name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, product category and the product list file you upload.
• Basic usage data collected through Google Tag Manager and the analytics tools it loads, such as pages visited and buttons clicked.
• Your Quote Basket is stored in your own browser (local storage) until you send or clear it.

Why we use it

• To answer your inquiry and to ask supplier partners for quotes on your behalf.
• To review supplier registrations and contact suppliers about buyer requests.
• To send you messages about the inquiry you made, including an acknowledgment.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

• Supplier partners in Egypt, when we ask them to quote for your inquiry. We share what they need to quote: products, quantities, delivery location, dates and terms.
• Service providers that run the site for us, such as hosting, database, file storage, email delivery and analytics providers. They process the data only to provide their service.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and supplier records for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@nilesupplies.com. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.
