What Nile Supplies does

Nile Supplies is a B2B procurement desk. We pass buyer inquiries to food and beverage supplier partners in Egypt and send the buyer a Nile Supplies quote based on the supplier prices we receive. We do not hold inventory.

Inquiries are not orders

• Sending a Quote Basket, contact form or WhatsApp message is a request for quotes only. It does not create an order or any obligation to buy.
• No payment is taken through the site.
• A quote is an offer from Nile Supplies on the terms stated in it. Any purchase is agreed in writing separately, on the terms set out in that agreement.

Product information

Product descriptions on the site are general and for guidance. Prices, minimum orders, lead times, packing, specifications and certificates are confirmed only in a Nile Supplies quote or the supplier’s documents. Where the catalog says “Not provided” or “Supplier will confirm”, we do not yet have that information. Please check the details and documents that matter to you before you buy.

Supplier registrations

Registering as a supplier does not guarantee that you will receive inquiries or orders. You confirm that the information and files you upload are accurate and that you are allowed to share them.

Acceptable use

Do not send false inquiries, upload harmful files, or try to interfere with the site.

Liability

We work with care, but we provide the site and its content “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on general site content rather than a confirmed written quote or agreement.
